Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the desired pickup time. However, a driver may be dispatched within 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Yes, our On-Demand service is available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Please note that the last booking must be made before 12:00 AM for any pickups scheduled later.

No problem. You can cancel anytime before the driver begins the journey. However, a small cancellation fee may apply based on timing.
For non-members, our distance-based charges are as follows (insurance fee of RM5 per day applies):
1 KM – 10 KM: RM155
10.1 KM – 30 KM: RM205
30.1 KM – 40 KM: RM255
Above 40.1 KM: Please consult our sales representative for a custom quote.
These rates cover driver services and exclude any tolls or parking fees.
