  • Service was cancelled by Telegreen.asia due to driver unavailability or force majeure (e.g., flood, road closure)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer cancelled a booking less than 2 hours before the scheduled time

  • The service was completed as booked

  • The customer provided incorrect pickup/drop-off details

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Call the appropriate hotline within 24 hours of the incident.

  2. Provide your booking details, time, and a description of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the complaint and determine eligibility.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or as a service credit.

Telegreen.asia provides professionally trained drivers to operate customer-owned vehicles for personal, corporate, or commercial use. These include hourly hires, on-demand bookings, designated driving, and fleet support.

2. Booking and Use
  • Bookings must be made via our hotline or app (where applicable)

  • Cancellation must be done at least 2 hours in advance

  • Your vehicle must be road-legal, insured, and in good condition

  • You agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information

3. Driver Responsibility

All Telegreen.asia drivers are:

  • Vetted through background checks

  • Trained for safety, punctuality, and professionalism

  • Bound by a strict code of conduct

If a driver is late, unprofessional, or unsafe, you may report them immediately via our hotline.

4. Your Responsibility

As a client, you are responsible for:

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Delays caused by traffic or road conditions

  • Mechanical failure of the customer’s vehicle

  • Items lost or left in the vehicle

6. Service Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to:
